1. Get help
For PulseMetrics website, account, billing, Premium or PRO support, email info@theappmill.com. Include the version you use, your WordPress version, your PHP version and a short description of what happened.
2. Free plugin support
If you use the free PulseMetrics plugin from WordPress.org, you can use the official WordPress.org plugin support forum when available. For account, website or paid upgrade questions, contact TheAppMill directly by email.
3. Premium and PRO support
PulseMetrics Premium supports three tracked plugins, ten keywords per plugin, daily refreshes, 180 days of history, competitor comparisons, tag positions, optional email digests and CSV exports. PulseMetrics PRO supports up to fifty tracked plugins, twenty-five keywords per plugin, 365 days of history, advanced intelligence, forecasts, anomaly alerts and CSV, Excel-compatible and PDF exports.
4. What to include in a support request
Please include the plugin edition you use, plugin version, site URL if relevant, WordPress version, PHP version, browser, screenshots if helpful, the tracked plugin slug and the exact steps needed to reproduce the issue. Do not send passwords, private keys, payment-card details or other sensitive credentials.
5. Common checks
Before contacting support, confirm that your WordPress site can make outbound requests to WordPress.org, that the plugin slug exists on WordPress.org, that scheduled events are running, and that no security plugin or host firewall is blocking requests to public WordPress.org endpoints.
6. WordPress.org data
PulseMetrics analyzes public WordPress.org plugin information. If WordPress.org data is delayed, changed or temporarily unavailable, rankings, keyword checks, readme analysis and reports may also be delayed or incomplete.
7. Privacy and account requests
For privacy, account deletion or data access requests, email info@theappmill.com and use the same email address connected to your PulseMetrics account when possible.
