About this policy
This Privacy Policy explains how TheAppMill processes information for PulseMetrics, including the PulseMetrics website, online reports, account dashboard, and the PulseMetrics Free, Premium and PRO WordPress plugins.
Information processed by the website
When you use the PulseMetrics website or create an account, we may process your name, email address, authentication provider, account identifier, saved plugin reports, tracked plugin slugs, selected keywords, report activity, billing status, support messages and technical logs needed to operate and secure the service.
Information processed by the WordPress plugins
The PulseMetrics Free plugin stores tracked plugin settings, keyword checks, score data, recommendations, notifications and snapshot history inside your own WordPress database. PulseMetrics Premium and PulseMetrics PRO are standalone commercial editions with higher limits and additional reporting, export, comparison, digest, forecast and intelligence features.
The plugins are designed for WordPress plugin authors and analyze public WordPress.org plugin data. They do not collect visitor analytics, customer records, post content, order data or private WordPress administrator content for PulseMetrics analysis.
Public WordPress.org data
PulseMetrics requests public plugin details, directory search results, popular-plugin results and public readme files from WordPress.org services. These requests may include the plugin slug or search phrase selected by an administrator and standard connection metadata such as the requesting server IP address.
Authentication, payments and service providers
Firebase Authentication may handle website account sign-in. Payment providers shown during checkout process paid plan purchases and billing details. Hosting, email, analytics, security and support providers may process information only as needed to provide, protect and improve PulseMetrics.
How information is used
We use information to provide plugin reports, remember tracked plugins, maintain performance history, operate accounts and paid plans, send service-related messages, respond to support requests, prevent misuse, improve PulseMetrics and comply with legal obligations.
Retention and security
We retain information while your account is active and as reasonably necessary to operate PulseMetrics, maintain billing records, protect the service, resolve disputes and comply with legal obligations. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of or deletion of your account information. Some records may be retained when required for security, billing, fraud prevention or legal reasons.
Third-party policies
Use of WordPress.org services is subject to the WordPress.org Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. Use of Firebase, payment providers and other third-party services is subject to their own applicable policies.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as PulseMetrics changes. The latest version and update date will remain available on this page.
