Can I customize the rental button?
Not in the Lite version. In Basic or Pro, you can change button colors, hover effects, and text in the plugin settings without coding.
What payment methods are supported?
PayPal and credit cards are supported for secure and easy rentals.
How long does a rental last?
In the Lite version, you can only set one fixed rental duration for all media rentals.
In Basic or Pro, you can choose either a fixed rental duration or an individual rental duration per media file.
The expiration is handled automatically with a cookie.
How do I set the price on my media files?
In the Lite version, you can only set one fixed price for all media rentals.
In Basic or Pro, you can choose either a fixed price or an individual price per media file.
Can I see who has rented my media?
Yes. All versions include a rental log. In Basic or Pro, you can also download the logs as a CSV file.
What video players does the plugin support?
It works with most media players, as long as the player can generate a shortcode.
The shortcode is used to generate the rental button.
Can I use YouTube or another URL as rental media?
Yes. You can add a URL into the shortcode generator, so it supports YouTube, Vimeo, and other hosted media URLs.
Does it work with all themes?
Yes. Pay-To-View Lite is designed to work with most WordPress themes without requiring custom code.
